About The Family Guy

I am a firefighter in a large mid-west urban area. I am a union member. I have adopted two children. I listen to NPR, I garden, I have worked at a polling place registering voters, and I like organic foods. We have three cats and two dogs, all rescued. Our family is ethnically and racially mixed. My wife has degrees in Sociology and Women’s Studies and is my greatest advisor in all things.
Would it now surprise you to know that I am also a conservative? I am a Catholic, a military veteran, a devoted husband and father, I have both my kids in a Parochial school, and I vehemently deny global warming. My wife is somewhat to the right of me most of the time. I also have a lot of opinions….
Do we fit your typical conservative stereo-type? Not at all, but I’m guessing that most conservative families really don’t.
